Burton's game for the ages fuels West Morris in North 2 Group III final
Before the high school football season began, West Morris' talented senior Michael Burton was profiled as one of the major players to watch in Morris County, a player determined to make up for a lost, injury-riddled junior campaign.
Friday night, Burton certainly cemented his permanent place as a player to remember in the area and a young man deserving of all the preseason hype and attention, providing one of the most diverse performances in state championship history.
