Chester Craft Fair Sept 11-12

Is the town insane during the Craft Fair?

I haven't been for a few years and wondering how busy it gets.

I was also wondering if there is a perferred parking situation. I am assuming there are some shuttles to the fair, but is it still in the Rite Aid shopping center? (Sorry don't know the true name of the center).

Planning on attending this weekend since the weather will be so perfect for it!
