Mid-Life Women's Walking Group
Looking for women 40-65 years old who would like to walk a few miles a few times a week at the center of Long Valley Columbia Trail (near Zion Lutheran)
Three members already. We arrive at 9-9:10 a.m. on M & W and generally walk 2+ miles in total. We may add additional days or times to accommodate everyone.

Why only 40-65? The only reason i ask is because i have seen 20 year olds mesh well with 60 year olds many times. Is the 40 - 60 a strict guideline?
shoebie I'm interested. My 5X@ wk walking partner is moving & I'm just not disciplined to do it alone. Is this a "stroll" or a good paced walk??
Valley gal Valley Girl across from hackettstown hospital is an amazing track/trail goes through the woods along the river around the baseball and soccer field past the park and back into the woods such a great place!
I am interested but can only do on weekends. I have signed up for the Aon 26 mile walk for breast cancer in NYC for Oct and would love a group to share some of the walking I will be doing. I am a beginner - so if you are all already a fast paced group I may not be at your level yet.
