Pastry Store in center of Long Valley

Is there a new pastry store in the center of Long Valley? Does anyone know the name or have more information?

Are you referring to Sweet Endings which is a part of the Brew Pub? http://www.restaurantpassion.com/menu.aspx?sid=...&%20Brewery

I'm not really sure. Supposedly it is next to Splash restaurant. I forgot to take a look when I was in town yesterday.

That would be Sweet Endings. It's owned by the same people who own the Brew Pub and Splash. They are trying to establish a "Restaurant Row" as a way to bring more business into Long Valley. The Valley Creek Market is owned by the mom of the guy who runs to Hot Box Cuisine truck that sets up in Hackettstown.

I heard it's great! For a great bakery, go to Flemington to the Italian Bakery.

I visited the store yesterday. Tried a couple cupcakes and they were good. They had cheesecake, scones, muffins and some other pastries. Only a few items of each were available so everything appeared fresh.

I think it's a nice alternative for a sweet breakfast or a snack instead of ice cream.

Have been a patron on several occasions to "Sweet Endings" at Restaurant Row, off Mill Road in Long Valley, New Jersey. Established in an historic building with ample parking along the back and side. This new addition offers great ambiance in seating around several rooms with cozy chairs and tables making it easy for quiet conversation. Folk art of cats and dogs adorns the walls, for sale. A small library is available in the great room with fireplace. Wonderfully fresh made salads and sandwiches, along with basic pastry items, scones, muffins, pies and of course, a bevy of coffees, lattes, and teas and other drinks. Staff is friendly and works hard to please. A must stop.

Ok will try it..but tell me where did Hunan Wok go?Barry was so cute and i loved some of their Chinese dishes and especially their creative ornamental decorations from the ceiling.Barry is someone I am so sad to see go.Wish I knew so I could have said goodbye!!!!!!Anyone know if they relocated in the area?

We called Hunan Wok a few months ago to place an order and the phone number was automatically transferred to the Chinese restaurant by Krauszer's. We placed the order and were told to pick up at that Chinese restaurant- we didn't understand why but went with it. When picking up we found out that Barry moved back to China. Apparently they only rented the Hunan Wok space and weren't given the lease again. This was told to us by the people who work at the Chinese restaurant where we were picking up food. So sad- they will surely be missed!!

Went there this past Sunday for ice cream as its from Cliff's. I guess its not moving as fast since it was a bit icy. Nice place. Good Luck!
