Annual Tree Lighting

According to the calendar the annual tree lighting is on December 6th. As someone new to the area, where does the tree get set up?

The Christmas Tree is a living one, planted 45 years ago by a sunday school class in honor of their pastor. It is in front of the zion lutheran church. The garden club of long valley started the tree lighting 24 years ago. Every year, they get the tree trimmed, add lights and repair the luminarias. An annual program with Christmas music consisting of local talent ensues followed by singing, O Christmas Tree and a visit from Santa once the tree is lit. Afterwards, everyone is invited to go inside for hot cocoa and millions of homebaked cookies provided by the Garden Club of Long Valley. This event coincides with other activities sponsored by the Long Valley Village Association.

It's a nice way to start of the December holiday!
