October Snow?

Is this becoming a yearly trend? Doesn't look like it will be as bad as last year, but I'm not sure how I feel about a White Halloween.

It wasn't really suppose to start here. Guess it's colder than original predicated. Northern Sussex County had some forecasts of 1-4 inches.
