Helicopters at St Marks

Why is the power company using St Marks parking lot as an airport for two helicopters? The noise they generate is incredible. They are also hauling large objects over our houses and it has been going on for a couple of weeks. When will it end? They even land and takeoff after dark when children are being dropped off for CCD which looks extremely dangerous. Why don't they use Hackettstown airport as a staging area for their work?
